Hi everyone! Firstly, welcome to my blog The Meow Code! Those who know me, know how this has been a dream of mine since forever and I’m absolutely elated to share my world with you guys! My first post showcases the different outfits that I wore to my recent mini vacation to Goa, so here’s my Goa Lookbook !
So Goa is my (just like everyone else’s) favorite go-to location for a relaxing getaway. This was my sixth time there – and why not – there’s food, there’s the beach and of course – the beer. The weather was quite pleasant with cloudy skies and rainy evenings with the onset of monsoon. I opted for light, airy clothes to fight the crazy humidity. Check out the various looks that I sported –
Look 1 –
For my first day there, I paired up my favorite cut-off denim shorts with a tribal printed camisole. To add some dimension to the outfit, layered it up with a sheer tasseled kimono. Easy and breezy for the hot and humid climate while also protecting me from the elements. Perf!
Look 2 –
So I’m quite clearly obsessed with tassels. Paired this super cute tasseled jumpsuit (from Colaba for Rs. 350 haha!) with a caged bralette. Accessorized with a flash tattoo (this year’s popular runway trend). Wore the flash tattoo as a choker (another favored trend this season) and voila! DIY choker you guys 😉
Look 3 –
I love the color olive green. Paired this olive colored vest with a striped maxi skirt and flat gold sandals. Donned my favorite hairstyle – the double dutch braid – which is so hot right now! Minimal accessories because humidity.
Top – Koovs
On my lips – Maybelline Lip Gradation in the shade Fuschia 1 from Nykaa
Look 4 –
The last day of the trip was super tiring, so stuck to just the essentials. Wore a feminine yet basic outfit comprising of an orange pleated skirt and a black tank top. Nothing more. Super comfy look for a day of shopping around the flea markets.
On my lips – L’Oréal Color Riche in the shade Orange Power
That’s it for my Goa travelogue. Hope you guys enjoyed the looks! If you did then don’t forget to show some love by liking and sharing my page. Thank you!
